UNIQLO Announce New Twitter Competition

UNIQLO today announce a new Twitter initiative to reward their loyal Twitter and Facebook followers, promote their new Autumn Winter 2010 collection and increase SEO opportunities.

Fans of the UNIQLO brand are being offered the chance to star in a short fashion film, highlighting that keeping up with the latest trends at uni, in the workplace or at the weekend, does not have to mean being out of pocket.

The competition details are promoted on Facebook and entry is via Twitter, where entrants are invited to tell UNIQLO in no more than 140 characters why they should be styled and given a new look. They can even include a link to a short video of themselves or a photograph.

Finalists will be selected and notified for the initial casting on 22 July, before the six lucky winners are chosen to be filmed and styled on 26 July, each winning a £100 spending spree in the UNIQLO flagship store on Oxford Street.

For your chance to enter the competition, visit the UNIQLO UK Twitter profile at www.twitter.com/Uniqlo_UK and tell us in no more than 140 characters why you should be a part of this new initiative, including #uniqlocomp in your tweet.

UNIQLO is a Japanese fashion house providing affordable clothing without compromising on quality. UNIQLO are specialists at introducing innovative high-quality clothing to their women’s clothing and men’s clothing range.
